Assassin’s Creed: Lineage (Part 1)

Ubisoft’s first short film series from Hybride, set in the world of Assassins Creed. This is the first of three short films which will later be released on broadcast network television probably sometime before Assassin’s Creed II hits store shelves this coming November 17th (same day as Left 4 Dead 2 by the way). Think of it as a prologue to the game.
How does it compare the Halo 3: ODST commercial or the previous Halo 3 short films? I think this blows it out of the water and raises the bar of video game marketing. I could see Hollywood looking at this and jumping the gun to make an Assassin’s Creed movie faster than a Halo movie. Well done by Hybride and Ubisoft!
