Watched my cousin’s performance last night. She rocked the house filled with her family and friends. She did mostly covers but she also debuted her own song, Frank’s Song (Forever And A Day). She was a bit nervous but her act was awesome! Serena recorded the whole thing with my flipVid I got this past Xmas. I’m not gonna show the whole show. I’ll leave that to my cuz, Belly, and her mad video editing skills. But I thought it would be nice to share with you LNK performing Frank’s Song.
Serena and I, stayed and watched the rest of the show and we all had a great time! After saying goodbyes and taking some pics, it was time to head back home. Naturally, I stayed up til, *looks at clock*, 2:48AM to post about the good times!

Sadly, I couldn’t figure out how to get Flash/Dreamweaver/XML to get the above result and jumped on the Camtasia Studio bandwagon. I even looked at the code generated by Camtasia and couldn’t make heads or tails of it, for now anyways. Maybe I should do more research during the day instead of so late at night. Maybe, just maybe, it’ll make more sense and my brain won’t hurt.

LOL and Frustrated with Flash

I haven’t figured out how to get a Flash control to show up. It will work in plain html, but I’m kinda stumped in terms of embedding flash into php, especially in this wordpress blog. Gotta do a bit more research on the net for this. I wish the school would’ve actually taught me something like this in a Flash class instead of teaching me about Director as it seems rather outdated now more than ever. Back to school in the fall? Possibly. Why waste money on books that I can’t seem to find the will to open, read and teach myself all of this s#!t?
