As Seen In Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives…
by LoneWolf on Nov.13, 2008, under Culinary Artwork

Tonight for dinner, I thought I’d recreate something I saw on The Food Network’s Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives a few months ago. It’s a pepperoni pizza with a side of tater tots piled in the middle, covered with chilli, shredded cheese and topped off with sour cream. It’s easy to recreate in your own kitchen with your favorite pizza! This meal is great for parties, or while watching the big game, or just whenever you crave pizza, chili and tater tots and can’t decided which one just to have!

Are you drooling yet? ;p

BBQ Chocolate Banana
by LoneWolf on Aug.25, 2008, under Culinary Artwork
One of the many highlights at my cousins’, Jason and Gary’s, BBQ this past Saturday was the BBQ Chocolate Banana. A desert (or snack) that requires very little prep time and cooking time. It was so good, that the following Sunday, Serena wanted another one so she ran off to the store to pick up the main ingredients, bananas and chocolate. She also got some ice cream, whipped cream and chopped almonds to add a bit of flare to the plating. Obviously you can have whatever extra toppings and ice cream you want when you make this for yourselves at home!

Sushi-ing It Up!
by LoneWolf on Aug.05, 2008, under A Pictured Life, Culinary Artwork, Transmissions of My Life
A very small group of my family came up to see me and Serena yesterday and they wanted the Sushi Station experience. We had originally planned for lunch but I was completely unaware that they actually close in between lunch and dinner. So we got there at 15 minutes before they closed at 2pm. DOH! Not wanting to go back, we had a small lunch at Steak ‘n’ Shake. Afterwards, Serena and I returned to the apartment cause we had to get more work done, me at my desk, she working on her art stuff. Justin and company (Jasmine, Lanie and her beau, Nathan), went to chill at Woodfield Mall.
We met back up at Sushi Station after I got off of work. We sounded the feasting horn, got seated and had some damn good Sushi for dinner. Good times!
