via TheDanielSuperShow: The Stigma Of Being A Gamer: YOU Define YOU

by on Oct.22, 2011, under A Geek and His Games, Justified Rants, On Teh Internets, The Real Truth You Should Know

Well said. I’m am a bit tired of how bad videogamer prejudice is and how badly videogamers and videogames are portrayed in tv shows and movies. Lucky for me, my peers are gamers too and I have never really had to defend videogames that often unless it’s a parent who gets on my nerves preaching from their high horse but just don’t have a clue. Thanks to TheDanielSuperShow.

Total Biscuit – “Principles are way more important than owning a videogame.”

by on Jun.15, 2011, under Justified Rants

Total Biscuit makes a great point regarding DLC exclusives set up by the publishers with shady retailers i.e. Game, Gamestation, and, of course, GameStop. As much as I love the Battlefield series, I don’t want to be nickel and dimed for my entertainment. Therefore, I will not be picking up Battlefield 3.

Sorry DICE, blame EA.
